Mr. Lalit Kaul aligned the dynamic field of banking and financial services with the society of agriculture by providing financial aids like Loan Processing & Evaluation, Process Improvement, Compliance and Risk Management, Data Analysis and Reporting and Team Collaboration. He embarked his career as a Field Officer in prominent regions of Punjab such as Morinda, Hoshiarpur, Mukerian, and Ropar. During this period, he catered services like client engagement, relationship management, and market analysis. His 17 years of rich & diverse experience, commitment to excellence and exceptional performance has led him to take on roles of increasing responsibility which resulted in 2014 by serving him a position of Deputy Manager in SBI. Being at the position of Deputy Manager in SBI he also paid value to internal and external relationship management. His book of glory has many chapters of successful trainings and may other forms which contributed the industry.
