A request for help for farmers agitating in Delhi

In order to help farmers agitating in Delhi in protest against the agriculture laws of the Central Government, the State Congress Committee s "Pali, Katha and Ek Rupi Abhiyan" was launched from the Center for buying paddy in the district. An appeal was made to donate a money and a paddy.

Girish Dewangan, Chairman of the Mineral Development Corporation, while addressing the farmers of several villages including Sendari, Cachar and Amatra on the occasion, said that thousands of farmers in and around Delhi border and for the last 46 days to abolish the three central laws that are fatal for farmers. Are agitating. They are fighting a decisive battle for the farmers across the country by staying under the open sky in the cold winter season.

In such a situation, the Chief Minister of the state Bhupesh Baghel and the President of the State Congress Committee, Mohan Markam, have started a pali, katha and one rupee campaign to support these farmers. With this, he has appealed to the Congressmen to go to the Paddy Procurement Centers of the state and ask farmers for one pali or one katha paddy and one rupee financial assistance under this campaign. The paddy and cash collected from this will be sent to the farmers agitating on the border of Delhi as a cooperation.

On this occasion, District Congress Committee President Vijay Kesharwani, State Congress Committee Vice President Atal, Shrivastava Apex Bank President Baijnath Chandrakar, Takhatpur MLA and Parliamentary Secretary Rashmi Singh, Bilaspur MLA Shailesh Pandey, District Panchayat President Arun Singh Chauhan Pramod Naik Rajendra Shukla etc. was present.

The campaign will also run at the block level

District Congress Committee President Vijay Kesharwani has directed all the block presidents of the district to visit all the paddy procurement centers in their area along with local officials. During this period, an appeal will be made to the local farmers to donate one rupee and one katha or pali paddy to the farmers.
