Mrs. Pooja Sharma is a rising agripreneur from the land of Jaats – Haryana, and currently, she is the president of Kshitiz Self-Help Group and leading women of her village, Chandu. She started farming and processing crops in 2013, just because she felt the need to support her husband in managing the family’s livelihood. But today, she is not only supporting her husband but also guiding other women of her village to be self-resilient and confidence by following the same path that she followed. She especially took training form KVK Shikoupur in 2012 and learnt how to process the cereal and pulses crops and earn good profit from it. Today she has setup 7 units of manufacturing roasted cereal crops.
