Process of making pork balls or Kofta

1. This recipe is prepared from minced chicken and is a ready to eat recipe.

2. It is used to make kofta or curry kofta. To prepare it add 85-90 % pork and 10-15% of fat.

3. Add flour / semolina, salt, spices, water is required quantity and mix well.

4. Make 15-20 gram balls of equal size from this mixture. These balls are cooked for 15-20 minutes on 180°- 190° temperature in an oven.

5. Then it is cool down, packed and stored in the freezer. It can be stored for many days.
